Vintage lily of the valley hand painted decorative divided plate

About this treasure
When this lily of the valley dish came to me, it was in a very sorrowful state. It was covered with age related dirts and it has likely been neglected or forgotten for decades.

I gave it a very gentle bubble bath and it just shines for me! The decorative details of the flowers and the scroll works around the edges are just gorgeous! The colours become fresh and vibrant again and if you take really good care of it, this can be passed down from generation to generation.

Serve it with guacamole (I would be doing this dish no doubt), or just use it for your stationery. Let it serve you and your family again and let us give this beauty a meaningful second life!

I would say this is around 1930s - 1950s, my first time not being too sure. When it came in dirty and sorrowful, this had an ageing look of a Victorian treasure. After cleaning, it looks so brand new. But the chips around the edge have almost smoothened out so this beauty has to be a middle-age lady.

Conditions 
The plate has aged related chips here and there. (Please refer to photos.) You will probably have to zoom in to find them. The minor defects do not affect at all the beauty of this beautiful dish.

There is a small crack line at the bottom where the stamp "MADE IN ITALY" is. It is beneath the glazing and you cannot feel or touch the crack.

Small dented marks and some brown dots also appear at the bottom of this dish. 

Price has reflected the conditions.

Maintenance

• Use a soft cloth to wipe this treasure
• Mild washing is acceptable but do not soak in soapy water for too long
• Not dishwasher safe
• Not microwave safe
• Do not clean with abrasive solutions
