Exchanges, Returns and Shipping

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ON BESPOKE AND READYMADE PRODUCTS

Kindly note that there will be no exchanges and/or returns on all bespoke items. All sales are final except on defected products.

Hong Kong, Macao and Mainland Customers - We currently do not do exchanges. If your items are defected, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We may request photo proofs of them. All orders must be returned to us in their original packaging. 

Your returns are free. Please do not send us the items unless we instruct you to do so. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels. 

We will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned packages and details of your refunds. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to credit back to your original payment methods.

International Customers - We do not accept exchanges for international orders. 

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are defected. We are, however, unable to refund shipping fee and any import taxes and tariffs. Please contact us if you need to return your defected orders. Customers will also need to pay for their own returned shipping. We may request photo proofs of the defected items. All orders must be returned to us in their original packaging. 

Please do not send us the items unless we instruct you to do so. You are required to use a reliable, trustworthy and trackable shipping method. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ON VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE PRODUCTS

Kindly note that we do not do exchanges and returns on our vintage and antique products. All sales are final. We list out very carefully any age marks, imperfections and special characteristics a vintage and antique product has.

We would not accept reasons like the vintage/antique product looks old or colours have come off. We always make sure we carefully inspect every detail and even post photos of imperfections and point them out in our listings. All items we sell are lovingly handpicked from antique markets around the world. Yes they have marks, yes they are not as vibrant, but aren't these the uniqueness and specialness we fall for? They were once loved, but they are now forever cherished by those who would love them again.

We have had customers who were very much concerned about these items once belonging to someone who had passed already. If this idea haunts you now, it will likely haunt you forever, then in this case, we do not suggest that you bring it home.

Please exercise very careful decision before placing an order of a vintage or antique item. We are always glad to answer any questions and concerns you have. Should you need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us

RUSH ORDERS

For bespoke items, we will charge an extra 50% fee on top of your product if you need it urgently. Before you place your order, please contact us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation within 24 Hours - Should you have a change of mind after ordering and before our production begins, please contact us immediately and we can cancel the transaction if only the notification is sent to us within 24 hours after your purchase. We will be happy to refund 100% to your original payment method.

Cancellation after 24 Hours - If you want to cancel your orders after 24 hours, please contact us and we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee. 

Once your order is shipped, we will not accept cancellation of orders. 

SHIPPING POLICIES

All ready made orders will be shipped out within three business days and only after payment is cleared.

All bespoke items will ship after the production is completed and all payments are cleared. The expected delivery time is different from product to product. Please use the shipping information on each product as a guideline.

Shipping Time - Hong Kong, Macao and mainland delivery is usually within three business days. 

International orders will take 14 - 21 business days to arrive. In the events of strikes or mail backlogs, it can even take six to eight weeks to arrive.

Shipping Rates - Every now and then we will have shipping promotions. You can check for any promotions here.

The shipping rate is calculated at checkout. This has included the registered post fee. We will only send out orders with registered post as this is the best way to ensure the parcel is signed and received. Please note that registered post service is sometimes not completely trackable. In many cases it will only show the parcel is shipped and when it is signed and received. 

Please note that we can only send out your orders to a physical address and we require signed receipt. We do not post to P.O. Boxes except for military bases. Please also be kindly reminded that should you assign a third party to sign and collect your parcel on your behalf, we do not take any responsibilities if it is lost and/or stolen.

Self Pick Up - Our studio is currently closed to the public due to the pandemics. We will announce the reopening of our studio in due course.

First Time Customers - For security reasons, if you are a first time customer, we will only ship out your orders to your billing address. You may send your orders to other designated addresses other than your billing address from your second order onwards.

Damaged Shipment - We wrap your order very carefully (sometimes using recycling materials) to avoid breakage or damage during shipment. If however, you happen to receive your products in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately and send pictures of the damaged items. We will arrange replacement at our discretion. Please do not send us back the damaged orders before contacting us as we may not honour a replacement or a refund. 

IMPORT TAXES AND TARIFFS

Please be reminded that it is the customers’ responsibilities to pay import taxes and tariffs. In the unfortunate event of your orders being returned to us because of failure to pay import taxes and tariffs, your shipping fee will not be refunded.
