Classes & Workshops Policies
Regular Classes & Private Workshops Cancellation Policy
If you have signed up for any regular classes, once your seat is confirmed, cancellation and full refund will only be granted unless notification is sent one week (7 days) before any class or workshop starts. You can simply contact us by clicking here and let us arrange or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We prefer to be notified at least a week beforehand so we can find new students to substitute. In case we are notified less than one week, we regrettably reserve the right to charge a 50% administration fee, but each absent student can always take home their own material pack.
If you have signed up for any private workshops which we have specifically designed for you, but decide to cancel at any point of time after payment is cleared, a deduction of 50% of the workshop fee will be applied due to the special arrangement of materials and related designs.
Bad Weather Arrangement
If classes are canceled due to bad weather conditions (black rainstorm signal or typhoon no. 8 signal is hoisted), your class fee of any regular workshops will be fully refunded in 7 working days or you may choose to attend our next rescheduled or new workshops.
For private workshops, your classes will be rearranged to take place at another time.
On Intellectual Properties and Copyright
When you make your payment and when your payment is accepted and your workshop seat is confirmed, you agree to:
Acknowledge that all products made in our workshops are for your own personal use only.
You are not to resell under any circumstances as commercial products.
All designs and/or notes handed out (if any) at our workshops are copyrighted by House of Sugar Darlings. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell in any format or by any means.
Whilst photography is generally allowed (by discretion) during our workshops and for your own personal use, videography is strictly prohibited.
