About this treasure
The mid-century sees a very favourable reproduction of anything Victorian, particularly jewelleries and homewares. This little jar is no exception. Born in the 1950s, this beautiful cut glass jar has ridged designs around the body. The bottom has a chrysanthemum or daisy design that reflects intelligently on the body. The lid features a highly intricate design with scrolls and guess what, a very adorable Yorkshire Terrier’s head!
Perfect for your fur baby’s treats or just put your favourite candies inside.

Conditions
Shows very minimal signs of wear and use. The feather like light weight lid does not close tightly. I believe this is the original design and intention for the lid to just close loosely. Glass is not chipped. The glass jar is considerably heavy for its size, sturdy and well made. Not suitable for dishwasher.
